Looks like Tom is having a mini holiday with just three rides at Tatts! Today he did two super tests on two lovely young horses. Tom has always liked bringing his youngsters to Tatts as it really is an amazing experience for them with the dressage arenas looking like proper internationals and a busy stable atmosphere with lots of people, bikes, children and hundreds of horses all milling around. The stables are lovely too being the permanent ones that are primarily used for the racing sales and they are arranged in barns and courtyards that are really peaceful and horse friendly.
Dreamaway ( Dreamer) has already shown some class performances this year and at the end of a short first day session for the CI3*L class Tom is sitting in 2nd spot on 25.6. Scoring just under 75% is good by anyones standards! In the CI2* Young Horse L class Brookfield Benjamin Bounce further endeared himself to Tom with a cracking test for 28.6 and current third spot in a huge class. This is a comparatively new horse for Tom so good to see another great partnership developing.
Tomorrow sees one of Tom’s favorites with Braveheart B ( Dougie) doing his dressage.( Pictured above at Chatsworth) Its not particularly warm in Tatts which is a shame as we thought spring had sprung but hey ho, at least the horses are on form!
