After the fun of Blenheim began to wane when Tom had to hang around for the prize giving for the CI3S at 5.15 and then go home, unpack and repack for an 8am dressage at Pontispool it was good that he had two super rides!

Dream Big ( Dreamy) scored a 33 on the flat which is a pretty standard mark for her and then jumped one of her best showjumping rounds for just a single rail.  Pontispool has its jumping on a surface and they always seem to see if they can cram as many jumps as possible into the ring which makes it a tight and technical track!  Dreamy’s usual super smart cross country followed and she added just 0.8 to her score to finish in 5th.

Toledo de Kerser is Pau bound so he needed a prep run and Pontispool provided the perfect outing. A 29 and a steady double clear was still good enough for 12th although Tom picked up some 23 time cross country.

The bonus was that the crew were all finished just after 11 am so were able to head home for lunch which is always a plus!
