Ballindenisk 21st September.

After the luxury of just Strike Smartly ( Paddy) at Blenheim Tom was back to multiple rides at Ballindenisk but first up on the Irish turf was Joyride ( Wibley) for the CCI three star.  Tom had dropped him back to OI and 2 star level thinking he was more of a young rider horse but he has gone so well that another stab at three star seems to be on the cards!

And it was certainly justified in the dressage as Wibley and Tom lay 3rd after the small but elite CCI 3 star group!  Tim Price leads on 46.3, Ben Hobday takes runner up spot on 46.4 and Tom and Wibley third on 45.6.  There may be only 16 starters but this is going to be a hard fought contest!

Royal Roxey is in the CCI 2 star and having starred at Aachen and the Festival of Eventing at Gatcombe is somewhat miffed to discover herself in what is actually a field in Cork. She posted a 56.4 in the CCI 2 star test which is way less than she is capable of but then you have to remember that Roxey is a diva now and divas get to pick and choose…
